I made homemade tiramisu this past week, with all the right ingredients, the real italian shit- mascarpone cheese, Illy expresso, and a healthy dose of good cognac. It was so good I drizzled some of the expresso mixture in the leftover white goo from the mixing bowl and ate it with my fingers. If only that organic hedonism carried into all things in life, I know we would all, all of us, be okay. Better than okay. Happy.
